Day 203 Beauty

I want to thank you Mr. Bee for pollinating all my pretty flowers and delicious fruits and vegetables that I love to eat. Most of all thank you for the delicious honey that sweetens my tea and makes me smile at how beautiful nature can be.

Day 202 Someone who inspires you.

Before you judge this photo with the title just think about it for a second. Why can’t I be inspired by Maury Povich? I am inspired to not be like him or anyone he has on his show, and as for this game……..I am NOT the father!

Day 201 Hard Work

It may not look it but to walk around Gencon all day wearing a giant game piece from the game Catan on your head is defiantly not easy. I hope he was paid and not just a volunteer.

Day 197 Cards

This is known as Cardhalla found every year at Gencon right at the front entrance. It is a charity event where a city is constructed out donated trading cards. Anyone can stop and build as they like. Near the end of the convention attendees can throw coins at it and destroy the city and all money collected is then donated to charity.

This game looks neater then it was to play. My country is somewhere on the planet, just look closely and you might see it.

You may have noticed that isn’t a sandwich………well your right. I am a month behind so I am going to fill in with what I want to because like the shirt says “THIS IS HOW I ROLL”.

Day 180 Full

My cup is full of Sun King Brewtron 9000. This is a limited edition flavor brewed for Gencon 2019. It was a nice light tart flavor and soon my full cup became empty.

Day 178 Flip flops

I am not a flip flop kind of person. My toes get sad when they are separated. They have spent their whole lives hanging out with each other, I just can’t bring myself to separate them now.

Summer to me means grilling out every kind of meat you can put on a grill. In this case some tasty steaks.

Day 168 Macro Monday

This is a close up of a dead wasp nest. If your an expert you can tell me i’m wrong that it is a bees nest. It was attached to the house when we moved in and I have chased away wasps many times before I finally managed to get this down. I’m going with the odds that it’s defiantly wasps……I can grantee that is the evil flying creature that insists on making it’s home on mine.

Day 166 Skyscraper

I call this a creative solution. It is a Lego model of the Chicago skyline which happen to be skyscrapers. I haven’t has the opportunity to go shoot any skyscrapers lately so this is defiantly the next best thing.

Day 162 Waiting

A waiting room and a window at the far end with cars and mechanics working behind it.

Getting an oil change and having my breaks checked. It is a nice clean waiting room with free Starbucks coffee and comfortable chairs and great service. They make waiting ok.

Day 161 Peaceful

2 Photos of a ceiling fan, one with light on and one with light off.

Have you ever laid on you back on a hot day and just watched the ceiling fan spin. I can be a little hypnotic and peaceful. I shot the two photos the same way except for the light being on or off. I found it neat how much the image changed with that one little detail.

Day 158 Donuts

Peachy’s is an Amish market in Rockville IN. They have some of the best bread and donuts that are worth the drive for. It looks like they got a little warm on the drive home, better hurry up and eat them up.

Day 151 Liquid

What goes better with an ice cold beer then a big steak and baked potato. Maybe it is what goes better with a big steak and baked potato then an ice cold beer in a frosted glass. Either way it was darn tasty.

Day 149 Two Photos

Today is two photos, one unedited which is the top one. I quickly snapped a picture on my cell phone while plant shopping. Didn’t know what the bug was until I looked it up later.

The second photo I cropped in to see the little guy better. I also adjusted the color and contrast to make it all pop.

Day 148 Hamburger

Burgers are one of those foods I can eat anywhere any time. There are so many different topping choices to choose from it is hard to go wrong.

Day 139 Use a Tripod

I own a tripod but i find them a pain to carry around unless you have something planned for it. Sure they are handy for things that holding a camera steady just won’t work for. I just really like this photo so tripod or not this is my choice.

Day 132 Mother

There is nothing like your mothers cooking……..unless your mom can’t cook. Lucky for me I don’t have that problem, even the dog knows where the good stuff is at.

Day 121 Blueberries

Was this truly once a real blueberry? It is so sad looking it brings shame to fresh blueberries everywhere. You need to hang your head in shame little freeze dried blueberry if that is what you really are.

Day 113 Rain

I hate driving in the rain….good thing I was just the passenger. We passed an Army truck of some kind, they have some BIG wheels on them.
